Shipping & Shipping Returns

Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package.

While we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping options in our shipping queue, we can't guarantee that our team will be able to, and ask that you apply our 3-5 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.


If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your JEM Scents LLC products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at support@jemscentsllc.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase (Order Number) to process your request.

NOTE: We will only issue a return or exchange of unused product.


Due to shipping in glass jars, broken candles may occur in transit. If you receive a broken candle jar, in transit, please reach out to support@jemscentsllc.com with your order number and proof of damage to request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.


Due to summer heat, melted or leaky candles may occur in transit. If you receive a melted candle in transit, please reach out to support@jemscentsllc.com with your order number and proof of damage to request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

Please avoid leaving your packages outside in the hot summer sun when possible.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original jar. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
